Six month of the year…

Six months of the year are already behind us, and I’m still maintaining my 34 kg (75 lb) weight loss. đź’Ş

People often ask how I’ve managed to keep the weight off. There are no shortcuts—just consistency and habits that I enjoy. Today, on day 178 of the year (June 27), here’s a quick summary:

  1. Around 175 power walks with my dogs. Every morning at 5:15 AM, we head out for a brisk 40-minute walk.
  2. A consistent gym routine with about 5 workouts per week. So far this year, I’ve completed 132 workouts at Nordic Wellness.
  3. Road cycling. This is one area where I could have done more, but I’ve still managed around 30 rides this year.
  4. Running, which is another great form of cardio—and my dogs love joining me.
  5. Healthy nutrition. I eat about 4 small meals a day, focus on portion control, include plenty of fruit and vegetables, and make sure I get enough protein.
  6. Balance in everyday life. No extreme diets, no pressure, and no obsession—just making health a priority every day.

And finally, the most important part:

Have fun. If you enjoy the journey, it’s much easier to stay consistent, and consistency is what delivers lasting results.
