Life is not all about training, its also about to eat healthy and proper food. Here is how we do Healthy Oat Pancakes with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients (1 serving, about 6 small pancakes)

  • 1 cup oats (40 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (0–5% fat)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon or vanilla powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats into a fine flour.
  2. Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook small pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Calories (approx.)

  • Oats 40 g: 150 kcal
  • 2 eggs: 140 kcal
  • Greek yogurt 100 g (0% fat): 60 kcal

Total: approximately 350 kcal

Nutrition (approx.)

  • Protein: 27 g
  • Carbohydrates: 28 g
  • Fat: 12 g
