High Protein Crepes

Ingredients

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g potato flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the potato flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the bread is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.

This bread is soft, high in protein, and perfect for sandwiches or crepes.

Topping: Seasoned Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 300 g lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Spoon the seasoned ground beef over slices of the cottage cheese bread and serve warm.
