Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add the potato flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a small loaf pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the bread is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
This bread is soft, high in protein, and perfect for sandwiches or crepes.
Topping: Seasoned Ground Beef

Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef until browned.
- Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Spoon the seasoned ground beef over slices of the cottage cheese bread and serve warm.
