I’m here today, and I’ve reached my goal weight. –32 kg.
It hasn’t been easy. It’s been about choices, every day. Early mornings, late sessions, steps that need to be taken even when you don’t feel like it. But I made a decision—and I stuck to it.
Determination has been the foundation. Knowing where I’m going, and doing the work even when motivation isn’t there. At the same time, I’ve found balance in life. Not cutting everything out, but controlling it. Being able to enjoy—within limits.
Being mindful about food has been key. More protein, fewer carbs. Smaller portions, eating slowly, thinking before acting. Simple things—but they work over time.
The gym has become a habit. Power walks are part of daily life. Keeping track of food and steps. Learning to say no when needed.
I’ve chosen to cut out spirits and beer. But I’ve also chosen to live. Two glasses of wine on the weekend, sitting down, breathing, enjoying it. It’s not about removing everything—it’s about making the right choices.
This isn’t temporary. It’s a new way of living.
And yes—it’s been worth every sacrifice.
