Training Blog – First 4 Months of the Year
Four months in, and the work is paying off. The weight is still going down, but it has started to level out. Goal reached — around 33 kilos lost. That was the plan, and it’s done.
Training so far this year has been steady and simple:
115 power walks
89 gym sessions
10 cycling sessions
10 runs
Nothing fancy. Just consistency, the way it’s always worked.
Diet has been just as important. Around 10,000 steps a day. Low carbs, more protein and vegetables. Smaller portions. No candy, no spirits, no beer. A good bottle of wine on the weekend — that’s enough.
Smart choices. Small changes. Big results.
Now it’s about keeping it going for the rest of the year.
