Merry Christmas

Christmas is here. It’s a time for slowing down, good food, and spending time with family and friends. It’s perfectly fine to take a break from training and focus on being together. The workouts will still be there after the holidays.

Rest is an important part of all training. It’s during recovery that the body gets stronger, not when you push non-stop. People knew this in the old days – work hard, then rest properly. Enjoy Christmas, rest without guilt, and come back stronger after.
