🥑 Avocado–Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients (about 400 ml / 2 servings):
- 1 small avocado (about 120 g)
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
- 100 ml plain yogurt (light or Greek, depending on preference)
- 1 banana (about 100 g)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Juice from ½ lime
- Optional: a little honey or a date for extra sweetness
Instructions:
- Peel and pit the avocado.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve cold – add a few ice cubes if you like.
