Times go by
Two years ago, I made a decision to change my life. I improved my nutrition, increased my daily activity, and committed to regular training.
One of the biggest changes was making smarter choices around meals. I focused on balanced nutrition, paying attention to protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates while reducing unnecessary calories. It was never about strict dieting, but about building sustainable habits that could be maintained long term. Small improvements made consistently created lasting results.
Training also became a daily priority. Having clear goals and staying active every day helped me stay on track and maintain motivation. A mix of strength training, cardio, and regular movement throughout the day made a huge difference. One simple habit that worked well was tracking my daily activity and aiming for around 12,000 steps per day.
Daily routines played an important role as well. Different gym sessions throughout the week kept training interesting and helped me stay consistent. The key was not spending endless hours exercising, but staying focused and making every session count. In many cases, 25–30 minutes of focused training was enough to get great results.
Small changes lead to big results. By creating balance, structure, and consistency in my lifestyle, I have lost 34 kg and gained a healthier way of living.
