New week, new workouts. Even if cycling is not your first choice, give it a try. It’s great for cardio, burns plenty of calories, and helps increase fat burning. Cycling is also a very good complement to gym training and adds variation to your daily workouts.
Started the week with a cycling session in light drizzle. Fresh air, steady pace, and the legs waking up.
This week I keep the training varied to get the most out of it and, most of all, to enjoy the time at the gym 💪. Finish it off with at least 10,000 steps a day and you will feel the difference.
