🥑 Avocado–Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients (about 400 ml / 2 servings):

  • 1 small avocado (about 120 g)
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
  • 100 ml plain yogurt (light or Greek, depending on preference)
  • 1 banana (about 100 g)
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • Optional: a little honey or a date for extra sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Peel and pit the avocado.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve cold – add a few ice cubes if you like.

Nutrition (whole batch, about 400 ml = 2 servings):

  • Energy: approx. 480 kcal total
  • Protein: 9 g
  • Fat: 26 g (mostly healthy monounsaturated fats)
  • Carbs: 52 g
  • Fiber: 11 g

👉 Per 100 ml (1 dl): about 120 kcal
